Caring with Compassion

Founded in 2026 by Dr. Noah Jentzen and his wife, Amanda, Ashbourne Living was created from a deeply rooted belief that every older adult deserves to age with dignity, compassion, and the warmth of home. From the very beginning, their goal was to establish a premier residential memory care environment that feels welcoming and personal, while offering the depth of clinical expertise and refined amenities families expect from a high end community.

Dr. Jentzen is board certified in Adult Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, with advanced expertise in Cardiothoracic Critical Care and Neurocritical Care. He is also board certified in Healthcare Quality and Clinical Utilization, reflecting his commitment not only to excellent bedside care but also to the highest standards of safety, accountability, and clinical excellence. Throughout his medical career, he has cared for patients and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. These experiences shaped his dedication to delivering thoughtful, respectful, and clinically exceptional care within a setting that feels both secure and gracious.

Amanda is a board certified nurse whose professional excellence is matched by her natural empathy and devotion to those she serves. Her years of hands on patient care have given her a deep understanding of the importance of comfort, familiarity, and meaningful human connection in supporting overall well being.

Together, they founded Ashbourne Living to bring medical knowledge, compassionate caregiving, and elevated living together under one roof. Every detail of the home reflects their vision of excellence, from individualized care plans and attentive staffing to beautifully appointed spaces and carefully curated amenities designed to enrich daily life. As parents of six children, Dr. Jentzen and Amanda treasure the richness of family life. They live on their hobby farm, where they care for Highland cattle, horses, bees, and chickens. Their love of nurturing environments and intentional living is reflected in the culture of Ashbourne Living, where residents are welcomed not simply as guests, but as members of an extended family.

"At Ashbourne, we are honored to provide exceptional memory care rooted in respect, compassion, clinical excellence, and the comforts of home".
